1. Free Trial Period
- All new schools begin with a 14‑day free trial (extendable to 30 days upon request).
- During this period, schools can explore LearnNeat’s features without any financial commitment.
- No charges are applied until a subscription is confirmed.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Schools may cancel their subscription at any time from within the LearnNeat dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access to LearnNeat will remain active until the subscription period concludes.
3. Refunds
- Full Refund Guarantee: If a school cancels within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, a full refund will be issued—no questions asked.
- Pro‑Rated Refunds: After 7 days, refunds are calculated on a pro‑rated basis for the unused portion of the subscription.
- Non‑Refundable Services: Setup fees, customization, or third‑party integrations are non‑refundable once delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, schools can:
- Submit a cancellation request through the LearnNeat dashboard.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
